A taste of New Orleans
Moving from Avondale Louisiana to Houston, we couldn't help but bring our two favorite food recipes with us. Those two would be our cajun crawfish flavor and homemade beignets.
The first Crawfish and Beignets started inside the food court of Hong Kong City mall back in 2000. At that time, crawfish was rarely thought of as a delicacy when it came to social gatherings in Houston with crawfish restaurants being few and far between. It is accepted today as one of the most iconic foods when it comes to southern cooking. Unable to deny our roots, we have decided to return to the crawfish and beignets business which has brought us much joy spending it with all of you in the past.
